What is this conference about?
The conference theme is “Rooted in Well-Being. Planted in Community. Cultivated by Hope.”
The aim of this event is to reflect on TRI's global impact, celebrate our shared work, and shape a forward-looking vision grounded in resilience and community wellbeing. We also hope to foster meaningful connections and dialogue across diverse communities of practice, sectors, and regions.
This 2½-day gathering will bring together approximately 150 in-person participants and over 100 virtual attendees, including current and past training participants, facilitators, board members, community partners, and staff. Conference topics include real-world application of CRM and TRM models, current research studies, innovative programs, and interactive hands-on activities.
When and where is the conference taking place?
Dates: October 2 – 4, 2026
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Claremont
555 W. Foothill Blvd, Claremont, CA 91711
The hotel is located approximately 12 miles from Ontario International Airport (ONT).
20th Anniversary Gala Dinner: Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 6:30 PM PST.
Virtual access to the conference will also be available via the Whova platform.

How much does it cost to attend?
In-Person Passes:
- Full Conference Pass (Oct 2–4): $350 ($325 Early Bird)
- One-Day Pass (Fri, Sat, or Sun): $175 ($150 Early Bird)
- Gala Dinner Ticket (Oct 3): $75
Virtual Passes:
- Virtual Conference Pass (Oct 2–4): $275 ($250 Early Bird)
Special Discounts:
- Student Discount: 40% off
- Volunteer Discount: 20% – 60% off (for up to 15 hours of volunteer service)
Are Continuing Education (CE) credits available?
Yes! TRI anticipates offering approximately 11 to 20 Continuing Education (CE) units for eligible attendees.
When registering, you can select ticket options that include CEs ($400 for Full In-Person with CEs, $325 for Virtual with CEs). Additional accreditation information will be updated closer to the event date.
