What is a DRM-CRM Workshop?

The workshop teaches simple, science-based skills to help communities recover after natural disasters. It gives survivors, families, and responders practical tools to calm the nervous system, lower stress, and support healing together.

By focusing on self-care, positive conversations, and community strength, DRM-CRM encourages recovery, helps prevent burnout, and builds long-lasting well-being for people of all ages and backgrounds.

The program empowers both survivors and responders to heal, reconnect, and rebuild—one skill, one conversation, and one community at a time.
