A CRM-Unity is an ongoing peer community for Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Teachers—organized around what you already have in common: where you live, what you do for work, or who you serve.
TRI has trained community members across all 50 U.S. states and 77+ countries. CRM-Unities turn that broad global network into smaller, active communities of practice where learning continues long after training ends.
Three Ways to Find Your CRM-Unity
You can join more than one community as your roles and interests intersect.
1. Sector & Job-Function
Grouped by the field or role CRM Teachers work in, allowing for specialized application, shared language, and role-specific peer support.
2. Special-Interest
Cross-cutting groups organized around a shared focus or affinity rather than geography or job title.
3. Regional
Grouped primarily by U.S. state (with multi-state groupings for lower-density regions) and by time zone for international members.
Our First 5 Sector & Job-Function Spaces
Our initial phase of CRM-Unities will focus on engaging different fields utilizing CRM. The first sectors include:
Higher Education
Faculty, staff, Residential Life, Wellness, student support services, athletics, identity-based spaces, and academic departments.
Leadership
CRM Teachers developing leadership skills in others, offering leadership coaching, C-suite development, and HR consulting.
Youth / Adolescent Programs
Teachers working in adolescent treatment programs, foster care, housing programs, schools, community-based youth groups, and churches.
Healthcare
Hospital and healthcare system staff, direct service providers, HR support staff, preceptors, and clinical faculty.
Research
CRM Teachers conducting research on the model, exploring data trends within existing programming, and identifying new opportunities for investigation.
