Tri Pocket Cards

The Pocket Cards have been used worldwide to help practitioners reinforce the skills of the Trauma Resiliency Model and the Veterans’ Resiliency Model.  The cards include a review of each skill and suggested language that help the practitioner learn the language of sensation.  The pocket cards also include information on assessing readiness for using somatic-based skills, how to start and close a session, deactivation strategies, and simple graphics that explain the biological models.  They have been used in the field in the aftermath of natural disasters but can also be used by therapists in their offices as tool for psychoeducation.
