December 6, 2011 Laurie Leitch presented TRI's community model to the Center for a New American Security's Joining Forces Community Model Working Group in Washington, DC.


TRI Co-founder, Laurie Leitch, PhD, was invited to present the Trauma Resiliency Model at the Bilateral Medical Conference in Tokyo, Japan on October 14, 2011. The presentation was titled “Trauma Resiliency Model: Restoring Resiliency after Large-scale Disasters.” The conference is for an invitation-only, small group of military medical leaders from the United States and Japan. Also included at the conference will be a presentation by the Japanese Public Health Command on “The Great Tohoku Earthquake Response (Operation Tomodachi and Radiation Monitoring).”
